Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use CAMEC ERP at camec.app. By using the system you agree to the practices described here.
Data we collect
Account data: username, email address and the organization details you enter. Business data: what you enter in the system such as accounts, invoices, inventory, employees and projects. Technical data: sign-in logs, IP address and operation timestamps, for security and auditing.
How we use data
We use data to operate the service, provide support, protect accounts and improve the system. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
Storage and protection
Data is stored on servers within the European Union (Germany). Connections are encrypted with TLS, and passwords are stored using one-way hashing (bcrypt) so they cannot be recovered. Daily backups are taken.
Retention period
We keep your account data for as long as the subscription is active. When a subscription ends you may request a copy of your data or ask for deletion, carried out within a reasonable period unless a legal obligation requires retention.
Your rights
