Acceptance of terms
By using CAMEC ERP or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you use the system on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept on its behalf.
Service description
CAMEC ERP is a cloud software service for enterprise resource management, provided by subscription. We may add or modify features to improve the service, with prior notice of material changes.
Account and use
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Using the system for unlawful purposes, attempting to breach it, exceeding your plan limits, or sharing the account beyond the licensed scope is prohibited.
Subscription and payment
Prices and user limits are set by the chosen plan. A subscription starts after payment confirmation and renews for the agreed term. Non-payment leads to suspension of access after notice.
Data ownership
The business data you enter remains yours. We process it solely to operate the service. You may request an export of your data at any time while the subscription is active.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, with scheduled maintenance announced in advance where possible. Outages beyond our control may occur and we work to resolve them promptly.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the period in dispute.
Termination
You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where feasible.
